Which team would win the Premier League in 2023 and 2024, Arsenal or Man City?

The Gunners defeated Bournemouth 3–0 today, May 5, 2024, at Emirates Stadium. They had an extra 4 points ahead of Man City, but that was later reduced to one point after Man City defeated the Wolves 5–1. As things stand in the league, Man City had an excellent match that can pose a serious threat to Arsenal winning the 2023 and 2024 Premier League.
